Introduction
If any information is to be retained by Rogue Limited, all of its services will keep this confidential to the sponsor/participants or other and not share anything with third parties. No information will be shared unless specified by the sponsor/participants or other where relevant.
The integrity of data supplied by the sponsor/participants or other is guaranteed, and relevant documentation will be shredded or handed back to the Participant/Sponsor or other if preferred.
All retained information will be kept on a secure external server that will not be allotted access to the internet unless specific consent is given such as emailing the Participant/Sponsor or other.
Rogue Limited values the privacy and security of the information that Participants, sponsors and any other individuals connected with the Event.
This Privacy Statement applies to information collected through the websit(the “website”), it also applies to other information Rogue Limited receives in the UK and Europe.
Rogue Limited adheres to the International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles, UK sharing information legislation, and the Data Protection Act 1998.
Rogue Limited collects personal information to set up and manage accounts for the ecommerce services (if any) and to handle orders of goods and services from Rogue Limited.
You, as a Participant/Sponsor or other, will need to provide where specified, but not exhaustively, personal information such as:
names; phone numbers; mailing, billing, shipping, and email addresses;
bank account information; credit and debit card information; dates of birth; and identification documents.
Rogue Limited uses such information for:
event registration; enabling sales and other transactions; processing payments and settlement; sending payouts; handling orders; providing receipts;
providing customer service; dispute resolution, chargeback, or related issues;
marketing and surveys; sending service update notices;
recovering debt and collections along with any activity that involves legal action;
measuring, improving, and customising our services; and
fulfilling other technical, logistical, financial, tax, legal, compliance, administrative or back office functions.
Where necessary, Rogue Limited may also collect background information to verify your identity in order to deter and prevent fraud and illegal activity; and as a part of our legal obligations (where applicable).
Community Information and Public Forums
As the Rogue Run forums are third party based (such as Facebook), any derogatory or discriminatory as well as illegal information posted by you will be dealt with at the discretion of the forums terms and conditions of service. Rogue Limited strives to maintain a balanced atmosphere on any public forum
where the Rogue Limited is attached. Most public forums will reserve the right to collects information from you to post entries which may include your email address, Internet Protocol address, user name, date and time of signup, and date and time of posts to the forum, and will seek legal assistance depending on the severity of any indiscretion.
Rogue Limited will remove any unsuitable posts, and if necessary, members from any forum run by Rogue Limited name at the moderators’ discretion.
Payment Transaction Information
Rogue Limited collects information on each transaction conducted through its website using PayPal. Such information may include the amount of the transaction; the goods purchased; the identity of the supplier, affiliate, and Participant/Sponsor or other; payment type; currency; location; Internet Protocol address; and websites visited.
If any information is going to be used, it will be to improve customer service, website optimisation, or for other administrative or business purposes. Rogue Limited will not share information related to the transactions you conduct through the website with suppliers, affiliates, any third parties, or other Participant/Sponsor or other for the purposes disclosed in this statement.

Rogue Limited collects information involving customer service correspondence. This information may include emails, internet chats, or telephone calls directed to our Event Team. Rogue Limited processes this information to provide customer service, handle complaints or disputes, measure and improve the business service, detect and prevent fraud, and detect and prevent violations of our legal agreements.

Rogue Limited only shares information as described in this Privacy Statement. Rogue Limited may share personal information with customers to complete transactions, resolve customer comments or complaints, and for administrative purposes like accounting, billing and audits, and other uses.
Business Sale or Merger
In the event that Rogue Limited is sold, or merges with another company, personal information may be shared of is Participants/Sponsors or other in respect of the public forums, however any Participant/Sponsor or other registered on the forum or mailing lists will be consulted beforehand. Such information remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Statement, unless otherwise specified.

Rogue Limited may disclose personal information where:

Any Participant/Sponsor or other MUST be 18 years of age or over. Rogue Limited does not sell products for purchase by children, but it may, from time to time as the case may be sell children’s products for purchase by adults.
Rogue Limited does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under age 13. It is not permitted.

When you click on a link on this website that takes you to a website operated by another company, you wil be subject to that company’s privacy practices. Rogue Limited cannot be held responsible for the content on the other website’s running outside of its own.
Spam Emails
Rogue Limited will do its best not to send unnecessary email. Any Participant/Sponsor or other may expect only important information, which must be read and in places adhered to, and notifications or updates concerning the even a Participant/Sponsor or other is registered on.
