Maximum Duration: Rates are for a maximum of 30 days. Longer bookings are on request and you

MANDATORY FEES FOR PARTNERS:
Cancellation Fees: 5% of net rate if cancel ation is done 14 or less days before first day of booking.
No Show Fees: 5% of net rate.
CUSTOMERS´ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Credit Card: Customer must hold valid credit card. It must belong to the person who holds it. No debit
Minimum Ages: For categories A1-B1-D1-E- F-J: 21 years and one year of experience. For al other
categories: 25 years and two years experience
Maximum Ages: For al categories 80 years
Not giving the car: We reserve the right to give the car to any person that we consider could damage
AVAILABILITY AND STOP SALES:
Free Sale: For categories A1 - B1 - D1 - E - F
On request: Al other categories (unless Hiper makes an exception)
Maximum Rental Period: 30 days. Rates are structured for this maximum. Longer bookings are on
request and you must require availability and prices to our bookings department. Stop Sale Method: Stop sale period affects to any booking that is inside it even tough the booking
starts before stop sale period. Partners have as much as six hours after we send stop sale to send
bookings. Stop sales wil not be sent on Saturday or Sunday.
CREDIT TERMS (PRE-PAID):
For Pre-paid Bookings: Partners commit not to accumulate more than one pending unpaid monthly
invoice at the time. An invoice should be paid at most 30 days after being sent by Hiper Rent a Car. If
partner accumulate two unpaid invoices Hiper reserve the right to cancel al Pending-to-be served Late Payment Fee: Invoices paid later than 30 days after being sent wil be recharged with a 3%
SPECIAL IBIZA REQUIREMENTS TO CONFIRM BOOKINGS:
1. Address where customer wil be staying in Ibiza must be provided with reservation data. 2. Customer Mobile Phone while staying in Ibiza must be provided with reservation data. 3. Credit card is mandatory in al cases, so customer must be warned to hold it. 4. No vehicle replacement wil be given to customers having had an accident for which they are responsible, unless Hiper considers this replacement can be given.
The customers can choose between full-to-full or full-to-empty while pick up the car. The partner
must explain clearly the customer our fuel policy. We have the two options as fol ows:
1. Full-to-full: Possible for rentals of 6 or less days that are returned to our office between 08:00 and
22:00 hrs. It is possible for a ful -to-ful pre-authorization (no charge) on credit card 2. Full-to-empty: The fuel wil be charged directly on car col ection in the below cases:
2.1. Rentals of 7 or more days are always ful to empty 2.2. Cars returned between 22.00 and 08:00 are always ful to empty Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and fuel market prices in force at the moment of receiving the car. Note that there can be different fuel deposit prices for one same category. Al extras must be paid upon car col ection. The payment must be done in al cases with a credit card. The Partner must warn the customer in the printed voucher about it. 30 + 18% VAT (For rentals of 1 to 3 days, free from 4 days) 18 + 18% VAT (For rentals of al durations) 3 /day + 18% VAT (Maximum 33 + 18% VAT) for drivers with ages Optional Insurance. Minimum 12 + 18% VAT. From 7 days 2 /day + Available at our reception at 5 /day VAT included + 175 excess Available at our reception at 7 /day VAT included + 175 excess Ciutadel a Harbour Delivery: 25 + 18% VAT in office hours (8-13 and 17-20). If Harbour delivery Is out of hours additional extra of 18 + 18% VAT wil be charged.

We wil cover service only until 22:00 hrs. 40 + 18% VAT both ways for rentals of 2-6 days. Free from 7 days.

DAMAGES THAT ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE SUPER CDW COVERAGE:
Very important: Customers must be warned that Super CDW do not cover al risks, only exclude a
payment of an excess. The items non-covered by the Super CDW are listed below. It is responsibility of the partner to inform the customers about this matter. We strongly recommend to include it in the • Damage to the underside of the vehicle • Tow truck charge when it is the client’s fault • Damage to the window glasses or the windscreen • Damage to the upholstery or returning the car extremely dirty • Damage to the tyre (puncture of a tyre) • Lost or stolen car parts (spare wheel, jack, etc). If they are stolen the client must report it to the Police, if not the cost wil be charged to the client. • Driving under the effects of alcohol or drugs • Any Damages to the vehicle that are not on an accident report. When receiving the vehicle the client is given an accident report and instructions on how to fil in al details.
