Surgical Experience  During my MS Ortho Residency for the period from May 1994 to 1997 at 120 bedded equipped with 3 Image Intensifiers, Department of Orthopaedics, Paraplegia and Rehabilitation PGIMS, Rohtak, I got extensive training in the field of all types of Orthopaedic Trauma, Arthroplasty, Tumour, Polio and Spine  During my Senior Secondary from June 1997 to 1999, I worked as senior most Senior Resident during last one year. I got chance to perform independently all types of major orthopaedic emergency and elective surgeries which included Osteosynthesis of all major bone fractures by Plating (DCP, Buttress), Close Nailing, Interlocking Nailing, Recon Nailing, Gamma Nailing, Fixed Nail Plate Devices (DCS, DHS, Blade Plate, Osteotomy Blade Plate), pins, wires, cannulated screw and external fixation using A.O. and other types of Fixator systems  Management of major fresh and delayed fracture dislocations of hip, shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle by open reduction.  Management of difficult non-unions of long and small bones by various methods of bone grafting procedures and by distraction histogenesis.  For last 13 years of private practice at various hospitals in Gurgaon performed all types of surgeries including THR (Modular, cemented, uncemented, Hybrid, ceramic on ceramic, metal on metal and ASR), TKR, Spine Trauma (Hartshil, Pedicle screw, Cervical plating) Discectomy, ALD, ALIF and TLIF Fusion.  Paediatric orthopedics especially CTEV, CTV, CDH, Perthes Disease and other congenital and development anomalies.  Infective Pathology of Bones and Joints,(Saucerisation, ALD of Spine,Ilizarov, Osteotomies and Bone Grafting Procedures)  Paralytic Disorders (All major/minor surgeries including tendon transfers, surgical releases Neurectomy, Arthrodesis and Osteotomies for Poliomyelitis, nerve injury, joint contractures and cerebral palsy.  Decompression of Cervical, dorsal and lumbar spine by laminectomy, ALD and by anterior approach. Fixation of spine by hartshil, harrington, plate and pedicle screw fixation devices. [] Scoliosis & Kyphosis correction [] Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery including Nucleoplasty, Kyphoplasty , Intrathecal baclofen and morphine pump, spinal cord stimulation, facet and nerve root blocks & Spine Fusions. [] Disc Replacement [] Limb Salvage surgeries for benign and malignant tumours using custom made prosthesis across knee , elbow and shoulder joints.
